But I'm kidding, I would definately have to think more about that if I was gonna bodybuild. It's a possibility, yes, and I am rather weak for my size so BB could be the right way to go. But that's for later! For now, I'll try to eat and eat and try to get to like 185 before football so I don't get back down to the 170 I was at a whole year ago!

OK day today, went to Body Dynamics. Had a terrifying deadlift day...
Deadlift : 135x6, 225x5, 275x1, tried to do 315x3 but could only do it once, got psyched and did 315x3, 295x3, 305x3... bad day for deads.
DB Curls : 30lb 3x10
OH DB Tricep Ext. : 50x10, 55 2x10
DB Hammer Curls : 35 3x10
Lying DB Tricep Ext. : 55 3x10
First time I've worked arms in a while, felt nice. Elbow was OK today.
Had summer drills for football yesterday night. Did about 12 minutes of straight nonstop plyos, had an asthma attack, and then worked on technique and drills the rest of the night. Fun time.
It's alright Jedstah, deadlift is all mental. At least for me....

Finally got my ass in the weightroom in RB yesterday just for a quick bench before practice.
Bench : 135x6, 155x3, 175x3, 185x3, 195x3, 205x3
Weighed in at 174 with shoes... everyone was saying I looked out of proportion with my "huge arms" and tiny waist. Oh well, I guess... Life's good anyways, Rachael and I been spendin some good time together (spent like 5 hours at her house with the power out Wed. night, had a grand time. Nothing dirty, ofcourse...:)) and I'm actually almost as in shape as everyone else is right now for football, wich is good news!

Forgot to mention I piped the family truck (that's pretty much mine)... well, I didn't put pipes on but we took the one pipe off and put a Cherry Bomb Turbo II Muffler on... sounds nice now!

Interesting story last night... we were taking the old muffler off the truck, and stupid as we are (my dad and I), we didn't wear safety glasses. We were almost done when all hell turned loose. A massive barrage of microscopic rust pieces fell in to both of our eyes! My dad cleaned his eyes out, but I had bigger pieces and I sucked it up for a few hours and just held it closed for 4 hours and rubbed it and it just teared up like a mofo!! So I got tired of it and we went to the ER, they looked in my eye and sure enough there was a massive scratch on my cornea. So they put some Alkine or something in it (novacaine for the eye) and I couldn't feel it for 30 minutes!!! Then he gave me some antibiotic eye drops to put in for a week. It feels nearly 100% better already today! Just thought I'd share...

Hey now! Actually you know what REALLY made me want to go to the ER... Rachael was like 'Wait... if there's rust in it, and you GO TO BED FOR 10 HOURS, you could wake up with an infected eye...' and I was like hey, your a genius!... so really, she could have saved my eye last night!

Haha yeah... After like 3 hours of it I figured if I just closed my eyes and went to bed it would heal. But then she mentioned the potential threat of rust and infection and I was like god I'm an idiot...
Well been doin some thinkin' about what I'm gonna do. So many choices to do! I've been thinking about not focusing on becoming a massive heaping pile of muscle like Mariusz or Ronnie, but becoming a decent-sized, in-good-shape person. I'm thinking after football I will continue to run atleast 3 times a week and do cardio like boxing and stuff. Judging by these first few days of football prep, I'm just too small and weak to be a big competitor in the sport. Sure, I might be able to snag a starting spot on the O or D line, but I definately have no future in the sport.
With my asthma, I'm thinking if I'm constantly running and doing cardio during the offseason, I'll be in a TON better shape for football. This might mean sacraficing weight for football, but it's better for my all around health anyways. I'll gain muscle, gain strength, and get in shape. I think I'm just gonna be an all around guy, until I find what fits me the best!
All of your support from you guys (mainly Bako and Coke and Lion :P) is really appreciated, and you guys keeping in touch with me is motivating and it really does help me be what I want to become! I hope this new path I'm taking will turn out for the best... It's not really that huge of a change, but it is a change nonetheless!

Ah forget to mention, too, that I got kind of fast over the year... We were doing get-offs (just get out of 3 point stance) for 5 and 10 yard sprinting, and I either beat or tied our kid that runs a ~4.6 40 meter dash, so I was kind of suprised. (he's 140 lb) Hopefully that means I'll run atleast a 4.8 in the 40, and that might open up an opportunity to compete in track this year or something. We'll see where the flow takes me :)
Oh yeah and Bako I just talked to Rae I think she probly shuda added u by now. Sure enough she called me a dumby when I told her about it :P

Went to gym after 9 hours of work today, CNS has been totally drained for about 5 days straight now!
Seated DB Curls : 20x10, 25x10, 30x10, 35x10
Standing OH Tricep Ext. : 50x10, 55x10, 60x10... felt good, had elbow wrapped.
Close Grip Bench : 95x10, 135x10, 155x10, 165x10... felt awesome! No elbow pain.
Seated EZ Preacher Curls : 65 3x10
Various push-ups and sit-ups... had a fun workout!
Keep hanging in there, good job throughout on arm day with the high rep sets.
