Thanks for the comment Coke :) Snowed about 3 inches today so school got out early and weights and stuff was cancelled. Whipped a bunch of donuts and fun stuff in the parking lot and streets, about 3 people got pulled over after school for drivin bad. :P

Great workout today, hit new single set PR for pullups, and had the hardest squat session of my life.
Pullups : 1x20, 1x15, 1x7
Squat : 155x20 , was complete torture... got through it though.
Bent Over BB Row : 115 3x10
Team Workout : SS 30 sec useless DB lunges to 30 sec crunches, 3 sets no rest.
20 reps on both pullups and squats, you must like pain bro, lol.
Haha thanks Coke!! Yeah, the pullups were hard, and I was pretty tired afterwards, but the squats were total murder! I felt like passing out afterwards... you shudda seen me sittin on the bench resting afterwards, my mouth was just hanging open and I was staring at nothing! It was probably a sight.

thanks you 3, the positive motivation helps, specailly when i feel like that workout was totally useless! workout today was pretty nice feeling to counter yesterdays crappy one, though. cleaned for the first time in a LOOONG time.
power clean : 135x5, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 185x3, 195x1, 205x1... glad i got 205 , happy 2 get that since i haven't cleaned heavy in an age.
squat : 160x20, felt absolutely dead DURING the process, recouped better than last time though. whole forearms and hands were numb after rep 15... how great!
single arm DB curls : 35 3x10... got some compliments on my shoulder veins haha.
team workout : did about 6 sets of 30-40 sec crunches total, a set of 2 min wall sits weighted, then some medicine ball pushups... a big mess, but abs were sore after crunches i suppose.
Beeeeeeeeeeaast!!! Half way to 315 x 20! Haha

Strength-wise, they are looking pretty good I think. 165x20 was by far the hardest squat set I've done in my life (pathetic as it may sound), and tomorrow will be even harder, but I'm ready for the challenge.
Well I'm glad to say I had a hell of a workout today, including my best bench workout I've done in a while, and a new exercize for me.

-new for me- i'll just call it 'barbell grip/forearm work', picked up 175 lb BB and held it in hands and let it hang until fatigue (till my fingers died and bar dropped). Fingers and Forearms were absolutely dead after this, it was great!

As for advice, the only I'd say is write down your stats, increase the weights each week and eat enough to grow. You're recooping real good here. Also, maybe you could write down how long you hold the bb grips before you fail, so you have a goal to shoot for?

Workout today was decent, I think 170x20 is the most I've ever done on the 20 rep program, so that's a new PR I suppose. It actually wasn't as hard as I anticipated, even after some full cleans.
Full Clean : 135x5, 135x3, 155x1 then got a huge kink in my hand, couldn't even normal clean either, had to stop for the day :( Shame, they were feeling great.
Squat : 170x20, yeeeehaw what an adventure. Once I get to 185 I'm gonna crap my pants! (hell maybe even literally!) note : lower back was toast; not pain but muscular.
DB Curl : 40lb 3x10 maybe a little cheat last set last few reps.
Glute Ham Raise : x8, x6, x6
Team Workout : 30 sec crunches -> 10 sec rest -> 30 sec DB 7-21's -> 10 sec rest. 3 sets.
DB 7-21's : 20lb, 20lb, 20lb
