Dips 3x12 with feet up on bench and arms on another bench, way too easy.
Did a way nasty bench for team work out. had 135 and held it for about 3 sec, down slow, hold for about 3 sec, then try to explode up as hard as possible. Did till you moved it the opposite way you were pushing :P (till it fell down even as u were pushing up) Did first set I think i got about 16 and second set about 3 mins later about 10 or so. Freaking killer.
Past two workouts are looking damn good bro.
184 today :( :( this is so weird. all i do is eat and sit on the weekends and i lose all the weight ive gained that week...

Messed around with front squat, did 135x5 and 185x1 (way easy but felt horrendously odd)
tried some hack squats did 135x3 easy but need to get form down, i'd bring it up and itd run in to my hammies lol.
Worked on some bench form with 115. Tried the PL form with pinky to ring grip, wide grip, and medium grip. Felt weird but was fun too. MIght have to pick up this form if the coaches will let me. Currently I just use normal form (i think) with feet right on bottom of knees, not that big of back arch but enough. Any suggestions/comments? Am I doing it right or is PL form even better?
and finished with jump rope 2 minutes, pushups 45 sec (got 40), situps 30 sec (got like 25), pushups 30 sec (got about 20), situps 30 sec (got about 18)
Are you just learning Front Squats?
Well, I did them pretty intensley (atleast once a week, heavy 3x3 or lighter 3x8 or so) about a year ago. Then I stopped and I havent done them since. IDK why I think I was hurting myself using too much weight and thought it was a problem. Im goin to start doing them again.
yah im just starting them and trying to learn them too. I put the bar now somewhat on my upper chest along with my shoulders which hepls. I know I could do more weight, im only doin like 115 but trying to get it down. It seems like a great excercise though. Good luck.

single legged RDL (yes single legged) 95 3x5... pretty weird for first time felt odd. really hit hammies well.

For team workout we did some MEAN shrugs, i had 55lb DB's and we went for what seemd atleast 3 minutes, slowly up and down without putting down DB's... mine finally slipped out on last 2 reps I picked back up and kept going. My forearms/hands felt it more than shoulders.
Then did some pushups with the DB's on ground, maybe did 30 first set, then 15 good ones second set. Felt totally wiped at end of workout.
Good job man thoughout, went for it toward the end with nonstop reps.
Great feeling workout today, despite squatting lower numbers but did ATF and felt awesome! weighed 184.5...
