Bench 135x5, 185x2, 205x3 ok, 205x3 easy, 225x3 solid, 230x4 new PR!! thats my old PRx4 :evillaugh :evillaugh
Clean 135x5, 185x3, 195x3, 205x3... clean felt OK didnt feel very good though.
one legged squats 3x5 each leg, insane!! can do much easier with right leg but will work on left!!
team workout did:
bench 170 slow down, hold for one sec, explode up got 6 till failure
next set 155 about 8 times till fail
then did 155 NORMAL x10, last rep just barely squeezed it out!
leg raises 15 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec, 60 sec, didnt stop once!!!

Alright here it is, maxing again this week. Felt great today did ATF squat (or atleast as far down as I can go) and incline, ending with some pullups!!!
ATF SQUAT : 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 300x1, 315x1 solid, had a little bit left, tried and failed 335 way too much, ended with a solid 320x1 also I didnt use a pad, just the bar.
INCLINE BENCH : 135x3, 175x1, 185x1, 195x1, solid 215x1
PULLUPS : Decently wide grip, palms out, 16 solid... struggled a bit with the last one but pretty sure i got it.
Was really happy with squat, doing it ATF now I was hoping to get ~300 but I got suprised!! Incline I dont usually do at all, last time I maxed 185 so the DB shoulder presses and mili's and push press must have helped it a lot, 215 was way over what I was hoping for. Pullups I was happy with, I got 13 last time so +3 isn't all that bad.
Probably do bench and something else tomorrow, gotta save energy for clean and Deadlfit wed. and thurs.!!!
also weighed a pathetic 182.5, but my maxes made me happier!

Great day today! Got 15 pounds more than I wanted on bench, and did a decent push press and got a few more dips than expected.
BENCH PRESS : 135x5, 135x3, 185x2, 205x1, 225x1, 235x1 easy, 250x1 easy, hard but solid 260x1!!! Felt insane!
PUSH PRESS : 145x2, 155x2, 175x1, 185x1, 200x1 solid and kind of easy, I felt I could have done atleast 205+ but I didn't feel comfortable with my spotters so I stopped there. Besides, you dont want to go too heavy on PP.
DIPS : Did full dips on dip bar, 19 full dips. I was hoping for 16 so I was happy with 19.
Great day overall today, my bench made me very happy. Also weighed 187 lb.
Sweet numbers on those movements man, keep it up.

Today I was pretty happy, I was hoping for ATLEAST 225 clean and I got 235.
POWER CLEAN : 135x3, 135x3, 155x1, 175x1, 185x1, 215x1, 225x1, 235x1, 240x0... was just a tiny bit away from 240 but couldnt quite finish it. Next time!
PUSHUPS : 39 Meh, pushups, whatever... :)
Ill probably go in to weights tomorrow morning to max on Deadlift, hoping for atleast 360 or so.

Did some INSANE squats today! it feels so much better (suprisingly to me) with no pad and going below paralell on squats. Weird...
Squat : 135x5, 190x5, 225 3x8 INSANE!! was dead afterwards.
Pullups : 1x11, 2x10
DB Rows : 50lb 3x10
calf Raises : BW 3x35
L's 45 sec each way.
Jogged .85 miles i was so close to finishing a whole mile! if i didnt have such a weak mind i could have... ah, next time i guess.
These new squats rule, i'll def. add on to my next max.

I got a freind with some weights in his basement, went over to his place today for a little training.
Deadlift (finally!) : 135x8, 225x4, 275x1, 295x3, 315x3, 325x3 felt totally wiped after each set.
Pullups : 3x10
Went outside where he has a bunch of PL / strongman stuff and messed around with it. Did some sled running, a tire flip or two, C&J, keg toss/press, and some tbar rows... feels way weird outside. Didnt do much just learned about those lifts and probably going to come back next time and do some strongman stuff!

Woke up at 5:55 today and did some early lifting... spose thats how its gonna be all summer.
Squats 135x5, 225x5, 245x5, 255x5, 260x5 felt outstanding! Wasnt easy at all, but last set was killer.
Pullups 3x10 really easy today, felt good.

Legs were absolutely abolished by the time workout was done... nothin like early mornin liftin :P
Weighed a suprising ~185 today, i was hoping for atleast 180 :P
just dropping in and checking out your journal. i like the heavy lifts your doing ie sled runs and tire flips. good football power exercises.

Ah yeah thats cool. In this gym early morning its in my town and not 20 minutes away in the other town. I only lift here because of gas :( It brings back good memories from 7th and 8th grade lolly-gaggin around in the weightroom watching the all state lineman lift weights... i would think "damn, ill never be as strong as that man!"... but look now, i'm already stronger than him :) (not disrespecting him, he is an amazing lineman and i would kill for his skill at the sport)
ugh terrible day today. ran plyos and did way to much, i felt like throwing up afterwards. i felt sick the whole time i lifted, i had to leave early...
