wooo. hell of a workout today. bench of 225 improved by 2.5 reps from last time, and did some running myself.
bench - 135 warmup, 185x4 (wow), 205x8, 225x7.5+.5, 225x6+2... solid. i wanted to match my 225x5 of last week and beat it by 2.5. gettin back up there.
GHR - 3x6
push press - 135x5, 135x5, 155x5... very quick, snappy presses.
front flys - 20 3x10... ive been doing them wrong all along. lowered weight and did em right and ouch.
DB mili press - 35x8, 40 2x8
DB OH tri extension - 55 3x12
team workout : DB benches and CG pushups. ouch actually.
ran by myself...
10 yard sprint x10
20 yard sprint x5
40 yard sprint x1
post-up rim touches each side x10
running rim touches each side x5
no start backboard slaps x10
PHEW. i was gassed after this. very impressed with my jumps, though. any questions on what those are then ask, haha made up all those jumping names.

aerly workout this morning wow im tired had to get up at 6 and lift phew.
dead lift : 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x1, 315x1, 365x1... weak as hell
pullups : 3x10
inlince : 135 3x8
lower back hypers : 2x10 ow
now i go work all f'in day. i need a *****ing nap.
Good benching the other day and not bad for an early session. 365 is definitely not weak as hell.
working out in the morning is tough if you're not used to it

awesome work on the rim touches. That sounds like an excellent idea in terms of cardio, but may be pretty high impact to do on a regular basis for me. What's your favorite cardio routine?

mick - thanks man they were crazy. you should try em, i've never done anything like it really. it was really fun and tiring as hell but i wanted to keep goin cuz it was fun ya know. hmm idk what my favorite is, probably somethin liek i did up there. the jumpings really fun. i dont mind stop and go stuff like pro agility but compared to straight sprints and jumps i'd rather take the latter.

Bench work is gettin right back where it was it looks like. When you dumped the bike your first night riding it, was either of your parents all "oh see, I told you it was a bad idea..." or were they chill about it? Definitely new horizons, dude. Take care of yourself on that bike, seriously.
thanks K. well it was just around my yard, going 10-15 mph usually. and the ground was soft. haha when i dumped it i got up and yelled '****!' and my dad was like 'hell are u alright?! thats why we do it on grass first, huh?' i was like dad ur the man. i will take care dude, and i will always wear the helmet on the highway! thanks for the bench props too.
