idk man, it started as a little pain in my wrist like week 5 of the season. then it got to really nasty pain when i would make contact. now all the sudden my thumb has limited ROM and locks in place sometimes too. went to the doc and he said what i said above... so hopefully itll get better.
on the contrary, nasty workout today. legs were cramping and are now dead.
squat : 135x5, 135x20... supersquats lol. barely got it. weak legs.
glute ham raise : x5, 2x10 felt nice
calf raise : slow, 3x25
BB lunge : 95 2x5... ow.
crunches 3x fatigue
not a bad workout, legs were stingin haha.

ive done it probably 4 times, once a year since freshman year, and every time it's helped. i wont say it adds a zillion to ur 1rm. but for me i always use it coming back from football and it gets me back up to where i was asap!! thanks bro.

crazy workout today. think i set a pr on deads for reps, id have to check but this is the best dead day ive done up to date i think.
DEADLIFT : 135x5, 225x3, 255x5, 275x5, 295x5, 305x5... felt crazy. form may have been kinda sloppy but all reps were clean.
pullups : 3x5... eh ill get better at these like usual.
BB row : 135 3x6
back extension : 3x10 BURN
DB rows : 50 3x10
need to find a way to target my lats more in all these lifts... other than hypers, i tried to target them for everything. DL's felt like DL's, rows i felt in shoulders and bi's with a little in the lats, pullups were half/half bi's/lats, BB row felt in shoulders bi's and a little bit of lats... any suggestions i'm all ears.

actaully the workout yesterday was great! probably one of the best ever. but my bench and squat is down yeah. sure i miss the old crew, thats why you need to come back here again. i told you id be gone for fb season then would be back, and i am! me u detard and even bako is lifting again.

I think you're on the right track. What grip are you using for your rows? I know a lot of people claim that OH grip is the way to go for rows as thats the only way it hits thier lats...but for me I usually feel it more when I go UH grip. Try a few different grip widths on the rows and DLs..I know that when I widen my grip on DLs I always feel it working the lats a little better (..or different anyway).
thanks borrach. i use OH grip for rows - a little wider than shoulder grip. prob 2 inch in from rings. ill try with UH but thats seems like itd hit my bis more which i dont need. ill also try widening on DL grip but i pull sumo so that might be awkward.

hah i know i know tard - i really SERIOUSLY didnt want to do it. but i cuoldnt think of anything else to work my chest, which needs dire working on! and im trying to not bench for at least 2 weeks because my wrist is in some serious pain. i might consider this MRI business. =\
haha its all good man. You should try DB flyes on a slight incline. I like them alot. Also pushups to failure with chains on your back. Once you hit failure, take one chain off...etc. or a DB or plate and get a buddy to steady it on your back, then take it off and put on another plate of lower weight. FEEEL THE BUUUURN!
pushups build mass or are they just to feel the burn? i thought they worked when ur a starter but eventually become obsolete. are you talkin like 15* incline or like 65* incline for flyes?
good workout today. not much and doesnt look that impressive but man was i flimsy by the end. hack squats are cool.
front squat : 135 2x5... tried this but wrist was too painful.
squat : 135x5, 185x6, 190x6, 195x6 deep
hack squat : 115 3x10 WOW burn
GHR : 3x10 felt great
2 sets of fatigue calf raises. first one was prob 70 second was prob 45. so much lactic acid it felt like my gastroc was just gonna flat out explode.
Good deal on pumping them calves up, yours are already huge as is...fine leg training.
