i tried the new form. im pretty sure my arms are straighter, but i wont be able to perfect it for a LONG time. but yeah. form on my landing is shaky after the first few reps cuz im so tired, but no worries

The only other cues I have is to think of the lift as a mulit lift- lift.

incline bench : 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165 2x5
handstand pushups : x10, x8.5, x6
DB laterals : 15 4x8
DB bench : 60 4x10
seated arny press : 40 3x8

Nice shoulder work man. Are your handstand pushups really choppy? I can never find a rhythm for them
dan - thanks, and no, their not choppy. their consistent and smooth, even the grinders. some problem with the top of my feet keeping them balanced n stuff, but not the press itself.

Alright jed... I SWEAR I posted a reply last night... I dont know wtf it went... I know I wasnt drunk so I wasnt imagining it... Anyway those are some good chins mang, thats my next step once I hit a set of 10 reps is to start adding weight. Also ace inclines and handstands (another movement im too scared to do)
