i beleive two weeks ago i went for a 1rm and got only 275 or 285 (yes thats really only 5-10lbs over my bench). it was narrow stance and below paralell, but thats not an excuse, just sayin. i recently changed my stance to a little bit wider, and not quite as deep. still below paralell and feet are about 3 inches outside of delts. next week i may see how 225 feels and might shoot for a higher 1rm.
the 325 is my all time PR. that was last spring or so when i was around 188 or so. those old PR's are from about the same time a year ago actually. but the bench was PL style bench, squat was ATG narrow (so almost like now), and deadlift was sumo style. now i lift more BB or 'conventional' bench, conventional DL, and i jsut explained my squat.
so atm my PR's are
bench 280 (yesterday)
squat 275 (i think, bout 2 weeks old)
dead 375 (bout 2 weeks old)
