Back training with minimal bicep/elbow stress?
I recently hurt something in my left elbow/bicep. It started hurting from heavy lat pull downs (for me that's 250-260lb), the ones with your palms facing away. It hurts to flex my left bicep now. I can do light pulldowns now with my palms facing in, but are there other back exercises that will still bulk without adding too much stress on this injury? Or should I just be patient and let it heal? (and yes, I do other exercises too, like deads, one arm rows, close grip pulls etc.)
