Heavy vs Speed
My current routine is loosely based of WBB1 and I like it for the most part. However, I was reading an article yesterday that focused primarily on power lifting, but applicable none the less. It mentioned that use of a variety of alterations to one's lift. I got to thinking...
Force = Mass x Acceleration
Would I notice any benefits from a body building standpoint to alternate weeks of slow, heavy sets and fast, light sets?
From what I've heard this is what Westside Barbell's methods are based around.
I would imagine so. Hitting the fast AND slow twitch fibers is important.

On my speed days I get a greater pump and more 'burn' than on my heavy days. There is waay more muscle stimulation in the speed.
