As most people do, I like to eat....a lot. But I am trying to lose a lot of weight and eat healthy. I often get cravings throughout the day and I want to know if there are any foods you know of that will not add the calories but will curb and satisfy my appetite. I also work a night shift and often times the only thing that will keep me awake is when I am munching on something. Thanks for your time and I look forward to your advice.
