    I dont want to be a pain in the ass but are you surer you should be working back, biceps, triceps, chest and abs in one workout. Wouldnt a split be better ?

    As said above, you wont see big fixes in a few weeks. If your not gaining after along time rethink your strategy as you could be doing something wrong.
