I do lift quite a bit. I was thinking about trying it just for some variety.
I got this link from a buddy. I was thinking about giving it a shot. My only concern is that it kinda slacks off on the rest of the body. Any opinions????
I have to do them for the good ole Army. I usually hit between 100-110 for the PT test (2 minutes). They are about technique. You have to do tons to get good at them.
