i always have 2 chicken breasts before bed because i cant stand cottage cheese.
i put buffalo sauce on the 4 chicken breasts i consume every day. couldnt live without it.
a soda is pretty much a liquid candy bar.. even when bulking you want to take in good clean foods and not empty caloires that provide no nutritional value.
werd.. youd be hugging the toilet for awhile.
I train alone, and I like it.
I do miss having a partner occasionally.

you can make it about 6 minutes a day if you just do HIIT.
I dont test my bodyfat% I just look in the mirror.

i read you should have atleast 5 hours between cardio and lifting.. i just do them on different days
im trying to lose fat right now (that is my main goal) i love lifting though and just recently added it to my workouts, ive been doing 30 minutes on the treadmil everyother day and then the other...
i sleep on stomach
that would be me.. and it was 60lbs in 4 months

cinnamon toast crunch has alot of sugar.. not really what you want if your cutting..
try to get the sandwich on 100%wheat bread if your not already doing so
and try to replace the juice with water
i dont think it is a problem if you go to the gym everyday and throw in cardio 2 or 3 of those days.. but if you are one of those people go go to the gym and bench 7 days a week then thats a problem
lol, alright i just saw that and i was like wtf are these things bad for you or something? i just started trying them last week and they really seem to target the tricep :confused:
i dropped 60lbs recently and now just started lifting seriously.. i have probably another 15 to lose but i figure lifting and cardio twice a week will do the trick.. im also 16
