    thanks for all the replies :) i will ditch the incline benching and concentrate more on the flat benching... and add some declines also...

    i always figured 6 - 8 reps was more for building...

    i always figured 6 - 8 reps was more for building mass....

    im going to try a bit of a higher rep range and once i get say more reps out i will then increase the weight...

    chest - not in proportion

    Big traps, delts, biceps, triceps, etc... even my legs are looking good :-) But my damn chest just wont budge... it gets stronger but not any bigger.

    I train it once a week, ive used 6 - 8 reps...
