    Do you guys ever get "the pump" while working out the back?

    Especially thickness wise (rows,etc.)?

    I never feel like I do, maybe my technique is off?

    Cardio OK on low carb day?

    I lift Mon-Thur, so I try to adjust my carb cycle accordingly:

    Mon: High (carbs in the morning, Pre-WO, PWO)
    Tue: Med (carbs in the morning, PWO)
    Wed: High (carbs in the morning, Pre-WO, PWO)...
