Yeah I would buy a preacher curl, I get the most intense pumps in my biceps doing close grip curls. Gotta love em!

Haha my genetics aren't amazing. I train 5 days a week for 2-3weeks then have 1 rest week. So I always have 1 rest week a month to recover.
