    I did a 1RM of 150 lbs on the bench yesterday and...

    I did a 1RM of 150 lbs on the bench yesterday and got 135 up for 2 reps .. huge improvement I'm sure from what I would have been able to do a few months ago.

    Weight hovering aroudn 154-156...
