    i was maxxing out at 200 and i go it right up to...

    if it hurts id say dont go down as low....or use less wieght and more reps for a lil while it should stop if not go to the doctor

    then incline with db 3x6
    the do DIPS if you can do wieghted 3xfailure.....i do about 8-15
    the do flyes on a flat bench

    like most of the people here i say do different...

    like most of the people here i say do different exersices i switch mine up like every month or to and i never plateau :strong:
    instead of doing dumbells try barbell?:confused:
