I think everyone means reps..12 sets is insane..12 sets means..12x___..what you mean is ___x12
The most I do is 15 and thats for squats and leg press..everything else is 12 and less..depending on...
I prefer going to failure on the last set. Otherwise, I'm never able to keep the proper form when doing my in between sets.

I can bench my body weight (160) probably about 8 times..when I'm repping I do 165x6 as my last set and I'm usually exhausted by then. I'm still able to do 3 or 4 by myself.

Since the shake usually tastes like crap (unless I mix something in it)..I usually put very little fluid. Only 1/2 a cup to 1 cup. Does it really matter? I was talking to someone and they said it...

Actually..the first set for most of the excercises can be considered a warm-up. Since I usually have no trouble doing it..

Nah..the thing is..my neck hair grows so quick that I have to shave 2-3 times a week..but only on my neck..hair doesn't grow anywhere else..:(
