    My final working set of barbell bench is at 255 as of right now... whereas my dumbell routine usually has me just doing 45's. But I don't use dumbells like anyone else might.

    If you're working anything else but your legs...

    If you're working anything else but your legs you're not doing them right. Obviously there are other muscles in your arms/shoulders that will be strained, but they aren't and shouldn't be the target....
