    You need to do extra strectching and also pay close attention to form when lifting. I have the same problem often, and its because of my bad habits of not stretching and warming up properly.

    I am now finishing week 2 of my routine 1, and...

    I am now finishing week 2 of my routine 1, and believe it or not I am seeing significant results.... went from 18.1 to 18.2 in the arms, and a 48.7 to 48.9 on my chest. I am also 3 lbs heavier.
