    I email the guy that runs it... it is a training facility for powerlifting/football. Seems neat, but its pretty expensive. You have to pay one of their coaches to train you. Too bad... but I guess...

    The example I gave was a bench workout i had... basically feel out the weight and then do your target sets (255x5 in my example).

    Hit up the heavy shrugs for your grip/ farmers walks. Nice workout...

    I use the warm ups to feel out the weight... 20+...

    I use the warm ups to feel out the weight... 20+ lb jumps until I get close to my working sets...

    135x6, 185x4, 225x1, 255x5 for example.
