    I'd stick to 5 x 5 for these compounds. Go for strength. I've had success with 5 x 5 and it although I didn't feel a burn, I sure as hell got my ass kicked.

    Arthritis inflamation comes and goes...dunno' why. Lifting makes it better, but only to a point. Hips are very tight right now so that'll be my biggest hurdle in squatting.
