    Haha, okay. I just realized this was an essay! Forget what I said about citing. I would replace the "overall" statement with "In conclusion..."

    I just got my B.A. in History this past weekend. Let me see if I can help. You have a pretty good thesis here. I would take out any "overall" statements. You only need to state your thesis once....
