    Any suggestions on my routine?

    Right now, my routine looks like this:

    Monday

    Bench Press -
    Warmup 10 @ 30%, 8 @ 60%, 6 @ 80%
    2 x 4
    Then 1 x 8-10 and 1 x 15-20.

    Parallel Grip Seated Row -
