200lbs seems off. A 500lb back squat and only a 300lb front squat or a 400lb back squat or only a 200lb front squat thats s pretty shitty front squat.

Front Squats are the shit. They don't beat up the lower back and whenever my front squat goes up so does my back squat. Do you follow Dan Green? That guy is a great example on utilizing the front...

Benching against doubled minis. I'd guess they add around 40-45lbs per side as the were almost making the 55's float.
