    Since really focusing on the 5/3/1 principal for all three of my major lifts since January..

    Bench 265>>285
    Squat 245>>315
    Dead 315>>365

    I would have to say that if you havent tried 5/3/1...

    Intro post, need advise

    First a little about me
    5'11'' 200lbs
    bench 250x1
    deadlift 265x1 (never really tried more than that)
    squat 225x1(needs serious work I know)

    Started to lift about a year ago, barely could bench...
