    During the 15, 10, 5, and neg rep stages...when did you guys experience the most mass gains? I just finished my 10 reps stage, and going into my 5 week of HST. Gained 3-4 pounds so far.

    I'm doing 205, I weigh 165 pounds and I'm 5'7". Just keep doing em, perfect your form, and work out your shoulders, traps, legs, and back since the power clean uses all of them.
