    I think I will use this Routine for 6-10 weeks, then maybe a GVT or HST Routine for 4-6 weeks, then go to the WBB2.

    Does that sound good?

    So the WBB3 is only 3-days a week...

    Routine

    my routine is as follows:

    day1 = chest (22-24 sets)
    day2 = off (sometimes cardio/abs)
    day3 = bis/back (20 sets each)
    day4 = off (sometimes cardio/abs)
    day5 = legs (25-30 sets)
    day6 = off...
