    I have never looked into that....usually I take 3 g of carbs per pound bw and 1 g of protein....when on cutting just cut 15% carbs from my diet and makes adjustments what the mirror and pics tell....

    The progress here doesn't mean to get 1 inch arm or 10 pounds....its impossible....But you can easily gain 2 pounds in 2 weeks and some differences in your measuring tapes....if a program is not...
