Hey all, I'm gonna start this routine but I'm not exactly sure on how to perform the " Hammer Strength Row " & " Hammer High Row "

We're shooting the breeze about calories and whatnot and the guy tells me beer is one of the fastest burning calories.
I told him there's no way.... a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes...

Since I've started skull crushers, CG bench, and cable pushdowns and really concentrate on form my tri's have exploded.... I love those 3.
if you goal is to cut right now then yes your gains will be minimal, if any. You need plenty of calories to feed growing muscles. If you have no muscle mass to begin with then your wasting your time...

sorry to barge in on this thread but I lift alone at home...Would I be able to tell if my deadlift form is bad ? By lower back pain ? or any where else. Not that I have any pain...all seems fine......
When doing chest dips....should palms be facing towrds the back of the body as to when doing tricep dips palms should be facing each side of the body ?

Ok, so would doing chest dips equal results like decline db press ?

My chest workout out consists of db flat bench,db incline, db flys and throw in some cables cross overs sometimes.
I'd like to do declines but I can't bring up the 55lbs db's into position to do...
lucky you. I'm out strenghning my home gym and limited to free weights.....
No gym in my home town. :(
