i realized ive stopped posting here, but im gonna start from Monday when i begin my second blast on DC Training.

its a circuit issue. and a hardware recognization problem. dont know how to fix it. have u checked the connection corectly? is the wire perfectly into the socket?

true. but even then u dont necessarily need to change it. sometimes a simple deload or a week off might work too. and sometimes u just need to change the setxreps, etc. the need to change a program...
everyone doesnt need to periodize. these days even PL'ers dont periodize. they have deloads. of course ppl do take "breaks" but u are referring to periodization.

ok cool...im try this program for sure once im done with DC Training....i think after 3-4 blasts of DC, ill do this program to mis things up and then go back to DC'ing...
