    I think it depends if your fat or skinny and what type of training you are looking for. Personally I drink around 1-2 times a week...and If you eat a lot the day you gonna drink and the day after...

    I have the same problem...the thing I do is wake up 30 mins before than chilling a lil bit...and then I make a proteine shake and drink it...it passes pretty well.
