    Day 1 : Chest and Back

    Chest

    Flat DB Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps

    well, I dont know how good it is or anything. But I did 300lbs x 2 reps. And I could never do that much weight before and it feels awesome when you accomplish something after you set your mind to it...

    I use wrist hooks for heavy deadlifts and shrugs....
