6 meals every three hours ma be a little excessive....I'm assuming you meant 6 meals/day and only 1 meal every 3 hours...which is very good advice, tough to do sometimes, but it works

I can't work out high, I feel too tired. My old training partner swears by it...everyone is different, so only YOU can make the decision if it is right for you.
I find find with cables, it hits right where you want it to and causes less stress on my shoulders (compared to incline flyes).

I just googled "home tricep dip bar" and the first thing that came up was one that fits in the doorway. Supposed to work for both chins and dips for about 60 bucks
If you use bar stools, or something like that, try putting your hands on the seat rather than on the backs of the chairs. This will make the chairs more stable and less like to fall over.
