Like someone is injecting pure acid into my shoulders. I know pain believe and ahve a good threshold. I have to rest a certain way preparing for next set. 1-10 I would say 8
Is there anything can do to avoid or decline the intense pain I feel when doing shoulders/bi's?

Injury reasons, can only use smith believe me. So is the slant better?
