    Ok here's what I did. 5x5 BenchPress 90pounds...

    Ok here's what I did.

    5x5 BenchPress 90pounds straightbar struggled a bit didn't make last rep.

    5x5 Squats 90pounds no trouble at all

    bb curls 1x10 40pounds barely made it poor form.
