surprisingly this week my strength has been on par when i was at 205. but now i look more cut up.
as much as i would like to keep posting good results here.. the truth is each workout the reps dont increase as much as the effort is in posting here daily.
i'm going to limit stats bi-weekly....

i dont do much actively during the day besides lifting. i'm a couch potato.

campus rec was closed yesterday and today i feel sick, so tomorrow i will catch up on my lost shoulder/thigh day
when i had 5 day a weeks i was dropping out around an hour to hour and a half. but i figure i need to be more productive only going 4 days a week.

your strength grew exponetially on m1t. you didnt clearify but what was ur max bench coming into the cycle?
