    direct connect is indeed the best. You need a minimum amount of shares (Several Gigs) to connect to most servers, but if you have that its kickass. its really great for finding obscure music.

    I once did bench press two days in a row and lost 5 pounds off of my max.

    Take at least a 1 week rest before working that same muscle group again.

    Others may say more.. or less.
