    First day of my first cut

    Yeah, today I started with my strict diet and cut. I'm dropping about 700 calories/day.

    Foods consist of:

    Can of tuna w/ lite mayo
    cottage cheese
    whole grain pasta
    chicken
    broccoli
    eggs...
