    oat cereal + protein shake milk?

    sometimes in the morning i mix up my protein shake with milk and add it to my bowl of oat cereal instead of normal milk, is this ok to do or? :P

    staying lean, getting big - advice?

    i've been going to the gym on and off for about 3 years now, but i've decided to get dedicated and to achieve my goals!
