    Well theres no noticable difference with two...

    Well theres no noticable difference with two arms... swelling or what not...

    and it only took a week for my cuff to heal so i dont think it would be that... and its not all that minor cuz it...

    Ok now that my left rotator cuff is fixed... on my chest day today... the lower tricep (just above the elbow joint) is hurting when im working it... not so much in the bench press in the begining......

    Busted left shoulder

    Well the other day working on my chest and tri's, while doing a peck deck fly machine the rear deltoid of my left shoulder started showing discomfort. Especially when the lever was all teh way back....
