    4 cans of beans, 2 cans of tuna in pure olive oil. Lemon juice, bit of garlic, half a spanish onion and a ****load of salt. It totally rocks.

    I love them! All of them.

    Three, Four and Five bean mix. It's so great. Mix a bit with tuna, some olive oil and a splash of lemon and you're on your way to being big.

    Great source of protein.
