    Ok back from the gym now I did 3x8 Squat 3x8...

    3x8 Deadlifts
    3x8 Bench Press
    3x8 Pullups
    3x8 Shoulder Press
    3x8 Rows

    PS My old routine took about 1hr 10mins. Cheers for the advice btw.
