    Gon=ing to do 2 compound excercises for each muscle group at 3 sets of 6-8 and i isolation excercise at 3 x 10...Sound Good?...

    I have been doing heaps of reading from lots of differant sources and im just a little bit confused as the best way to put on size...

    Some sources say only a few excercises for each muscle group...

    Day 1 Chest - Tris

    Day 2 Back - Bi's

    Day 3 Shoulders and legs
