haha this may sound like a dumb questoin but when you workout ur chest (say benchpresses), which part grow first? because i seem to have pain near the arm pit area...where dont' pects usually grow...

eat cereal: milk with nutrigrain
then lunch/dinner...par normal
asians also seem to have smaller forearms and wrists. that is why it is hard to wear tshirts n shirts when you forearms look tiny
well..i'm 160 cm...50 kg...have school at the moment and play sports and run/walk heaps...and also high metabolism rate..
and also..it seems like i can live a day without food..i don't feel the...
i was just wondering if it is better to be fat than to be skinny..
and when i say fat..i mean not relaly obese...
because i'm skinny and its hard to wear clothes easily...but if your fat...at...

i have 5kg dumbbells which i use to do bench press thingys and bicep curls....but the thing is i can do a lot with them...but after bout 30 reps of bicep curls i get tired....except i can do a lot of...
i lift 5kg ones :thumbup:

T-bar Rows: 3 x 6
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses: 2 x 6
Barbell Curls: 3 x 8

ok...i think i said it the wrong way...
the pain ISN'T bad....i can just feel ilt..
but i thought that when i workout my chest, i shoudl feel pain on the total area...not just one spot...
when i workout on my chest, i only seem to feel 'pain' in the upper left/right corners....near the frontal part of the shoulders......
does this mean i'm only working out on one part of my chest...
you can die of heart attacks..
