    You can change 531, Block Periodization, Westside or any program to match your personal agenda. Some even combine Westside and 531. I've combined all three than modified the result to suit my needs...

    To answer my own question it took about two weeks, give or take, for elbow (and shuolder) pain to return to exceptable levels due to overuse from benching, tri extensions, OHP etc. Taking NSAIDs also...

    Almost looks like a 5-day-a-week full body routine or a five day split. IMHO that spells overtraining. But that's just me. You are obviously more advanced and able to handle more frequent heavy work...
