BenchPress 5x5 70pounds didn't even get last two reps couldn't get back on rack
Military press 1x10 easy with 40pounds
right around 200 or 210.

Ok here's what I did.
5x5 BenchPress 90pounds straightbar struggled a bit didn't make last rep.
5x5 Squats 90pounds no trouble at all
bb curls 1x10 40pounds barely made it poor form.
And how can I modify my eating habits?
What are some good cardio excersises?
How can I find a cardio plan?
I eat alot of Chicken mainly chicken strips and i only eat white chicken meat , i eat steak alot , sometimes pork.
And I eat so much potatoes and lots and lots of veggies.
Hardly ever eat out....
How bout this...Jog a mile or 2 everyday and do crunches every night?
