I would do delts on wednesday and only one time per week. Shoulder get trashed quick. Abs twice a week would be best.

For me when I do more stretching and mobility stuff my back just hurts worse. Damn low backs are so tempermental.

Ice, heat and lots of NSAIDs. Ice and heat in a contrast fashion every night for an hour. 10 on heat, 10 on ice repeat. That's the only thing that helps me.
Did the speed work help when you were doing westside? I just made a return to speed work this year and my low end has come up a bit.

I do these weekly. Great ab work with out irritating my back. You can also use your squat and DL stance.
I agree. ETS is awesome. I haven't used it in a while and I can feel my recovery isn't as good with out it. Eagerly waiting for its return.

I haven't used them for a long time on anything. I'm not even sure if I still own a pair. I did that by accident mostly as I kept forgetting them when I went to the ymca. I wouldn't push it though...
